Jamali English School is a CBSE school in Dahod teaching Nursery to 12th, and its website is fully bilingual — English and Lisan al-Dawah, two languages and two scripts held in one coherent site. We designed the whole thing: a typography system that gives both scripts equal weight, identical navigation across languages, and an information architecture that walks parents from the school's values and academics to admissions.

Challenge

The site serves prospective parents evaluating the school and the existing community reading in its own script — without ever feeling like two different websites.

Our Approach

Two Scripts, Equal Weight

We built a bilingual typography system that gives English and Lisan al-Dawah genuinely equal presence — each set in a face that reads beautifully, neither treated as a translation of the other.

One Site, Not Two

Navigation, layout and structure stay identical across both languages, so switching script never feels like landing on a different, lesser website.

Walk Parents In

The information architecture leads prospective parents from the school's values and academics through to admissions — with the CBSE corner, events and notices where families expect them.

Serve the Community

The same site speaks to the existing community reading in its own script — a school presence that feels native to both audiences at once.
