Knickgasm — Sneakers as Canvases

  • Brand & Art Direction
  • Shopify Store Design
  • Product-Led Grid
  • Mobile-First Buying Flow
  • "Create Your Own Design" Flow
  • Drop-Culture Campaign Energy

Knickgasm is India's largest sneaker customisers — one-of-one, hand-painted Nike Air Force 1s riffing on Dior, the Simpsons, Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, BMW and Arsenal, with free shipping across India and worldwide. We designed the brand and built the Shopify store: bold streetwear art direction, a product-led grid where every pair reads as its own artwork, a "create your own design" flow and a mobile-first path to purchase.

Challenge

Mass-market ecommerce templates flatten one-of-one art into thumbnails — each pair had to feel like a gallery piece while staying effortless to buy.

Knickgasm storefront — streetwear art direction and drop-culture energy

Our Approach

Brand the Attitude

A graffiti-lettered wordmark and raw streetwear art direction set the tone — this had to feel like a drop, not a catalogue, from the first glance.

Let the Art Lead

A product-led grid gives every one-of-one pair room to breathe — clean cards, generous imagery and clear pricing so each design reads as a gallery piece.

Make Buying Effortless

A mobile-first Shopify flow — fast product pages, obvious add-to-cart, best-sellers and worldwide shipping cues — keeps the path from browse to buy short.

Open the Canvas

A "create your own design" flow and a brand-collaborations route turn browsers into commissioners — inviting fans to co-author their own one-of-one pair.
