A whole community books its appointment slots in under a minute
Members look up their Sabil/ITS number, pick an available slot and walk away with a confirmation pass — while admins confirm attendance and track dues from one panel.
Running a community's Wajebaat Takhmeen appointments off a paper list falls apart at peak times.
Hundreds of members turn up across a few days. Without booked slots it becomes a queue: everyone arrives at once, turns are disputed, and there is no clean way to know who has actually been seen.
Long waits frustrate members and stretch the volunteers running the desk. Worse, the team has no way to see whether someone still owes their FMB, Sabil or establishment dues before they reach the front — so reconciliation happens later, by hand, from memory.
Every member arrives at a known time — with a pass in hand and their dues already on screen.
A self-service slot-booking system built on PHP + MySQL. Members look themselves up by Sabil/ITS number, pick from genuinely available date/time slots, and receive a confirmation pass. On the day, admins confirm each booking and read every member's dues at a glance.
Our Approach
Look up & book
Members find their own record by Sabil/ITS number and book in seconds — no account needed.
Pick an open slot
Only genuinely available date/time slots show, with one slot per member, locked once chosen.
Carry a pass
Each booking issues a printable Wajebaat Takhmeen confirmation pass with the member, slot and dues summary.
Confirm & reconcile
Admins create capacity-capped slots, mark each booking Completed, Payment or Absent on the day, and read FMB, Sabil and establishment dues per member.
From a number to a confirmed slot
A member enters their Sabil/ITS number, the system shows the slots that are genuinely free, and one tap locks in the appointment. From there each booking carries a live status the team sets on the day — Completed, Payment due, or Absent.
Confirm attendance, see dues at a glance
When a member arrives, the admin confirms the booking in one tap and instantly sees their outstanding FMB, Sabil and establishment dues — cleared amounts in green, anything owing in red — so reconciliation happens there and then, not later from memory.
Members arrived at known times, and admins knew their dues before they reached the desk.
Rolled out again for the following year's drive.
