Every contribution calculated, receipted and audit-logged — to the rupee
A token-secured portal for managing Zakat & Wajebaat: member records, multi-head contribution calculators, sequentially numbered receipts, and a full audit trail.
Collecting Wajebaat on paper means disputed figures, mislaid receipts and no way to trace a correction.
Several heads of contribution are tallied by hand across hundreds of members, receipts are written in a book, and the running totals only come together long after the collection has closed.
One mistyped figure or a missing receipt number undermines trust in the whole collection — and there is no record of who changed what, or when. For amaanat funds, that lack of an audit trail is the real risk.
Calculate, issue a numbered receipt, and write to an audit log — in one action.
A token-secured management portal built on a custom PHP 8 MVC API + MySQL/MariaDB with a React 18 + Vite + Tailwind admin. Every contribution is calculated per member, a sequential receipt is issued transactionally, and each add or edit is recorded to an immutable audit log.
Our Approach
Secure the access
HMAC-SHA256 token auth guards every endpoint, with ITS-number login and 24-hour signed tokens.
Find the member
Full member records with CRUD and lookup by sabil or ITS number bring up the right person in seconds.
Calculate & receipt
Multi-head calculators — Wajebaat, Khair, Sabil, FMB, Nazrul Maqam and more — total automatically, then a numbered receipt is issued transactionally.
Reconcile & audit
A live admin dashboard shows collection stats while an immutable audit log stamps every add and edit with admin, member and timestamp.
Calculate, then issue a numbered receipt in one action
Tally every head of contribution for a member; the moment it is confirmed, a sequential receipt number is generated and the whole transaction is written to the database in one go — no double entry, no missed receipts.
A live dashboard with a full audit trail
Collection totals reconcile live as receipts land, and every add or edit is stamped to an immutable log — so any figure can be traced back to the admin who recorded it and the moment it happened.
Every receipt numbered and audit-logged — collections reconciled to the rupee.
Adopted for the following Hijri year's collection.
